Wheelie Bin Fires

- Last year i was reading about all the problems that people where having with there wheelie bins. It started with the public compling to he council that they hated the sight of they wheelie bins. Then there was very bad news in the press wear someone died do to someone putting a wheelie bin in front of a door and setting fire to it. This made me think what can i do to help with the problem, as you can see with the photo on the blog.
